Our studio’s goal is to empower women to address such issues, not just superficially but from within; for healing is not something you FIND, rather its something you CREATE.

I was suffering from Endometriosis. Endometrosis causes tissues similar to the lining of the uterus called the endometrial tissues to grow outside the uterus. Due to this inwas suffering from infertility. After joining Nir's Yoga Classes inwas able to manage my depression and most importantly painfull periods. I was able to manage physical mental and emotional health. I really thankful to Niru Mam who helped me with yoga practices and exercises. Nd inwould like to share most happiest part of yoga session that is seven chakras meditation. It really helped to maintain mental health. Nd i would like to share with you all we are expecting our first child. Niru mam thank you for everything.

Nir's yoga helped me in my journey to motherhood. Being overweight and having a history of 2 failed pregnancies Niru mam guided me perfectly to attain my goal. Just 4 months of yoga and meditation under her guidance helped me concieve normally without undergoing any artificial treatments. I am still a part of the class and now enjoy new additions of zumba and gym as well.The best part about Mam being that she takes care of dos and don'ts for every individual.
